A health intervention that manually applies a subtle movement on the spinal and cranial bones to bring the central nervous system into harmony. It involves assessing and addressing the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which can be restricted by trauma to the body, such as through falls, accidents, infections and general nervous tension. By gently working with the spine, skull and sacrum, restrictions for nerve passages are eased, movement of CSF through the spinal cord can be optimized, and misaligned bones are restored to their proper position. A central nervous system free of restrictions enables the body to return to its greatest levels of performance.
Craniosacral therapy can help infant, children, adults with:
- Migraines and headaches
- Chronic pains, arthritis
- Posttraumatic problems
- Traumatic brain and spinal cord injury
- Central Nervous System disorders like spasticity, seizures, earring problems
- Learning disabilities like ADD, dyslexia, short-term memory
- Trouble sleeping
- Reflux
- Autism
- Anxiety
- Orthopedic problems
- Scoliosis
- Chronic fatigue
- Emotional difficulties
- Low immune resistance
- etc…
Care is provided on a person fully clothed. Treatments usually last one hour.

The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body's ability to drain stagnant fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances, and maintain a healthy immune system. When the lymph circulation stagnates, fluids, proteins, cells, and toxins accumulate, and cellular functioning is significantly compromised. The Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) process involves the use of gentle pressure to aid in the recirculation of body fluids, stimulation of the immune system and balancing of the autonomic nervous system. LDT can prove beneficial in the correction of numerous conditions:
- reductions in edemas(swelling)
- relief of chronic and subacute inflammation and conditions such as acne, eczema, and allergies
- regeneration of tissues(from burns and pre-and post-surgical scarring) and anti-aging effects
- detoxification of the body
- relief of chronic pain
-reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia
- alleviation of adiposis and cellulite tissue
