About Marie: Marie Laniece received her medical doctorate in France in 1993 where she specialized in Rehabilitation Medecine. After moving to Canada in 1998, as the recognition of her medical degree was a difficult process, she stopped working as an M.D. While she was raising her children, she was compelled to develop a therapeutic practice and found a perfect match in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral/Neural Manipulation and Lymph Drainage Therapy. She started training with the Upledger Institute in 2003, Barral Institute in 2005, Chickly Institute in 2010 and is certified in CranioSacral Therapy Techniques. With the combination of her medical background and her training in tissue assessment, she has a profound understanding and experience of the human body.
